May 03, 2020: Data access is closed until the start of the Fall Challenge.
The challenge organizers will provide training data for 45 subjects of 3D T1- and T2-weighted sequences of brain MRI acquired at three different resolutions (high/diagnostic quality, half, and one-quarter) using the 3T Discovery MR750 scanner by General Electric (Waukesha, WI) for training (45 subjects both T1 and T2). The data is distributed under Creative Commons License (CC BY-NC-ND; https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/legalcode ). Team registration and acceptance to license agreement is required prior to accessing the data. To summarize, you cannot use the data for commercial purposes, you must provide appropriate credits, and will not produce any derivatives. Furthermore, AccelMR organizers reserve the right of changing these terms any time.
The images are saved in the Nifti format on a Windows system. Separate, testing data will be available on March 15, 2020. The evaluation will be performed separately for T1 and T2 data as well for separate resolutions (i.e., 2x -> 4x and 1x -> 4x). The teams are expected to provide these details to the organizers in their submission.
The link to download the data will be sent after registration via email.
